This bus was imported from the states and looked to be rust free in the photos!

When it arrived and we had a closer look it needed small repairs in the cab and cargo floors, the windscreen surround and the bottoms of the 1/4 panels

The bus has been lowered with a splitscreen king and linkpin beam and flipped spindles on the front and has some very dubious looking chassis notches on the rear which we have cut out and redone to put some strength back into the chassis rails and lower it using dropped and adjustable spring plates rather than the horseshoe plates that were fitted.  

Any corrosion has been cut out and replaced with new metal and had the paint blended into the original patina

The underside had been sandblasted, primed and raptor coated in body colour, and the engine bay has been painted and detailed to match the fresh engine

All interior work was carried out in house and British tweed was used throughout including the bespoke headliner and dash board. Hand built cabinets and bed base were made and clad in brushed aluminium with pinstripes to match the outside of the bus

A diesel heater, leisure battery with smart charging relay and usb ports have been fitted with everything hidden out of the way
